Pre-Order Refunds & Returns
No change-of-mind returns: Because Flux is a food and beverage product, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped.
Non-delivery guarantee: If we fail to ship by 31 December 2026, all pre-orders will be automatically refunded in full.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
Wrong order: If you receive the wrong item, we'll cover any required return shipping and send the correct one.
